Overview

Nestled among the serene heights of the great Himalayas are four pilgrim-destinations namely Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath, collectively known as Char Dham. These pilgrimage centers draw the maximum numbers of pilgrims each year, thus becoming the most important hubs of religious travel in the whole of Northern India. Traditionally, the pilgrimage begins from the West and ends in the East. Thus, the Char Dham Yatra commences from Yamunotri, then proceeding to Gangotri and finally to Kedarnath and Badrinath.

DAY 01: Delhi – Haridwar

Morning meet our representative at your Hotel / Airport / Railway Station. After some basic information start your journey to Haridwar. Check in to hotel. Evening visit Har Ki Pauri and Ganga Aarti. Overnight stay at Haridwar.

DAY 02: Haridwar – Guptkashi 

Morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel. Drive towards Guptkashi. Enroute you can see the beautiful river Mandakini at Tilwara. The Mandakini river comes from Kedarnath, drive alongside the river to reach Guptakashi, visit Ardh Narishwar Temple in Guptakashi. Check into the hotel arrival in Guptakashi. Overnight stay at Guptakashi.

DAY 03: Guptkashi – Kedarnath (18 kms Trek one way)

Morning after breakfast drive to Gaurikund, start your trek from Gaurikund to Kedarnath (by Pony / Doli / Helicopter at your own cost). After trek visit Kedarnath temple & Have part in the evening arti. Overnight stay there in the Camps. Dinner there by your own.
Important Information: Please Read
By Helicopter: Morning our driver will transfer you to your Helipad location (Phata, Guptkashi, Sirsi etc) as per helicopter ticket time. Kindly inform the driver timings of helicopter mentioned on the ticket previous day.
Different aviation has different location for their helicopter service. Our driver will provide you both pick and
drop to hotel to Helipad. At arrival in Kedarnath reach Kedarnath Temple. Visit Kedarnath Temple. After darshan return to the helipad. Take return flight. Our driver will pick up you from helipad and take you to your hotel.
By Trek: To reach Kedarnath by trekking route first you have to reach Gaurikund. We will drive to Sonprayag early in the morning after breakfast. Our car will drop to Sonprayag. From Sonprayag 5 kms drive to Gaurikund local jeep is available. This sharing basis jeeps guests can book directly at own cost. Gaurikund to Kedarnath is further 18 Kms trek. Due to long trek guests needs to start very early in the morning. Get packed breakfast from hotel to start early. Horse / Pony / Palakhi is also available for trekking at Gaurikund. Guests can book that at own cost. Visit Kedarnath Temple & Overnight stay there

DAY 04: Kedarnath – Guptkashi

Morning after breakfast explore nearby areas by walk at Kedarnath. Later reach Guptkashi as per your choice by trek or Helicopter. At arrival check in to hotel in Guptkashi. Overnight stay at Guptkashi.

DAY 05: Guptkashi – Joshimath – Badrinath 

Morning after breakfast, drive to Badrinath. Check in to the hotel arrival in Badrinath. Pilgrims after having a bath in the Taptkund have the Darshan of Badrivishal & Aarti in evening. Overnight stay at Badrinath.

DAY 06: Badrinath – Pipalkoti 

Early morning, after breakfast go for Badrinath darshan. After darshan proceed for Badrinath local sightseeing visit Mana Village, Vyas Gufa, Ganesh Gufa, and Mata Murti temple. Afternoon driver back to Piplikoti via Karanprayag. On arrival check-in at a hotel, Dinner and Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 07: Pipalkoti – Rishikesh

Morning after breakfast, check out from hotel. Transfer to Rishikesh. On the way visit Dev Prayag. Check in to the hotel in Rishikesh. Evening visit Triveni Ghat Ganga Aarti. Overnight stay at Rishikesh.

DAY 08: Rishikesh – Delhi

Morning after breakfast, check out from hotel. Drive for Delhi. Drop at Delhi Hotel / Airport / railway station.

•  This is Religous Yatra with basic accomodation and veg food as advised

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Date of booking to 30 days before travel the cancellation charges will be 25% of the tour cost
• 30 to 15 days before travel – cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost
• 15 to 7 days before travel – cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost
• 0 to 7 days before travel – cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund shall be given
• Please Note: Cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy.
• In peak season (example: long weekends, festival season, summer vacation etc.) most of the hotels charge 100% cancellation

Airline Cancellation Policy:

• Your flights are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, you will not get any refund for flights.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft or any other reason. Guest are advised to seek such insurance in advance.
• Factor such as weather, road conditions, physical abilities of the participants etc may dictate itinerary change. We reserve the rights to change any schedule in interest of safety, comfort and general well-being are no refund would be provided in such situation.
• We do not allow smoking during the travel in bus. Make way trips reserve the right to discontinue your trip at any point on the grounds of misconduct and no refund will be made under such circumstances.
• Departure time is fixed as given and its on you qto update your status to the trip coordinator. Trip coordinator will also try to call you atleast thrice but make way trips in not responsible for any damages caused to room/camp furnishings and fixtures.please not that after the finalization of the tour / service
• Cost,
• If there are any hike in entrance fees of monuments/ museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges,- by govt of india, the same would be charged as extra.
• In the hilly terrain, it will be discreation of tge driver to put of the systems of the vehicle like a/c, sound system, focus will always be on safety.
• In case of any injuries/illness during the trip/activity, tourwithme as a tour operator or any of our local staff will not be responsible.
