Itinerary
Day01: ARRIVAL LEH
Upon arrival at Leh airport our executive will receive you with warm welcome. You will be taking to your Hotel. Reach in Hotel, check into the Hotel. In hotel you can have complete day of rest and acclimatization. Welcome tea and coffee will be served by the Hotel. Later, on your own explore the Leh Market, Leh Palace, Hall of Fame and Shanti Stupa, Later you will escort back to hotel, have some delicious food and stay overnight at the hotel in Leh.
Day02: LEH – LOCAL SIGHTSEEING
Begin your day with a healthy breakfast. Today you will be taking to a day tour of Leh local sightseeings with sham Valley. Today you will be covering the spots in and around Leh. Major tourist attractions to cover will be Leh Palace, Magnetic Hill and Sangam point of Indus and Zanskar River, Gurudwara Pather Sahib. By evening you will be escort back to hotel, have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel in Leh.
Day03: LEH – NUBRA VIA KHARDUNG LA PASS
Post breakfast we drove to Khardungla, over Khardung La (One of The Highest Motorable Roads In The World) at 5,602 Mtrs /18,390 Ft, around 39 km from Leh. From the pass, one can see all the way south over the Indus Valley to seemingly endless peaks and ridges of the Zanskar Range, and north to the giants of the Saser Massif. Upon arrival in Khardung la group will spend some time over there & then drive to Nubra Valley, en route visit Deskit Monastery, Evening arrive at Nubra Valley. Visit Hundar & Sand Dunes. You can take a ride on a double-humped camel here. Check into the hotel/camp & overnight stay.
Day04: NUBRA – PANGONG TSO
After Breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Pangong Lake. The clear water of this lake reflects sky color giving it an effect of changing colors from blue to turquoise/ light pink and so on throughout the day & night. Another amazing fact about this lake is that it freezes completely during winters despite being saline. Overnight stay will be in Pangong camps.
Day05: PANGONG TSO – LEH VIA CHANG LA PASS
After bidding farewell to Pangong Tso, journey towards Leh, passing through the majestic Chang La Pass. Along the way, visit the Chang La Baba temple, a serene spot for spiritual reflection. Stop at the Druk Padma Karpo School, the real “3 Idiots” school. Then, explore the Hemis Monestry and Thiksey Monastery, basking in its rich cultural heritage. Finally, after arrival in Leh, check into your hotel in for a restful night.
Day06: DEPARTURE
Carry the spirit of adventure and the beauty of Ladakh with you as you get transferred to the Leh airport after check-out from your hotel. With one last look of the towering peaks, bid farewell to Ladakh and board your flight back home. This marks the end of your trip.
