ITINERARY
Day 1: Arrival in Cochin – Transfer to Munnar
Welcome to Kerala! Upon your arrival at Kochi Airport/Railway Station/Bus Stand, you will be transferred to Munnar, a beautiful hill station in Kerala. On the way, enjoy a scenic drive through the lush green landscapes and visit some of the famous waterfalls. Stop at Cheeyappara Waterfalls and Valara Waterfalls, where you can take in the breathtaking views and snap some pictures. Continue your journey to Munnar and check-in to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 2: Munnar – Local Sightseeing
In the morning, go on a full-day sightseeing tour of Munnar. Visit Kundala Lake, where you can enjoy boating and serene views. Proceed to Echo Point, known for its natural echo phenomenon. Continue to Mattupetty Dam, a popular picnic spot with a beautiful lake. Next, visit Blossom Park, a lovely garden ideal for a peaceful stroll. Lastly, explore a tea estate and coffee plantation to learn about tea-making and sample some local brews. Later, transfer back to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 3: Munnar – Thekkady
Check-out from your hotel in Munnar and drive to Thekkady, a famous wildlife destination. Upon arrival, check-in to your hotel and freshen up. In the afternoon, go on a sightseeing tour of Thekkady. Visit the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, where you can take a boat cruise on Periyar Lake. Explore the lush spice plantations, where you can learn about the cultivation of spices like cardamom, pepper, and vanilla. After the fun-filled day, transfer back to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 4: Thekkady – Alleppey (Houseboat Experience )
In the morning, check-out from your hotel in Thekkady and drive to Alleppey, known for its enchanting backwaters and houseboats. Upon arrival, check-in to your houseboat and begin your cruise through the serene backwaters. Day 5: Alleppey – Kovalam ( Visit to Jatayu Earth Centre )
Post check-out, get driven to Kovalam. En route, visit Jatayu Earth Centre, where you’ll enjoy a scenic cable car ride to admire the world’s largest bird sculpture perched on the Chadayamangalam Rock. Later, you can indulge in a variety of adventure sports here, like archery and more. Then, continue your journey to Kovalam, and upon arrival, check-in to your hotel. Day 6 : Transfer to Trivandrum | Visit Padmanabhaswamy Temple | Departure
After check-out from your hotel in Kovalam, get driven to Trivandrum. As one of the 108 Divya Desams, it holds great significance for devotees. Afterward, you’ll be transferred to Trivandrum Airport/Railway Station to board your transfer back home.
